Cammack Village residents lost their cable television service in the tornado that hit April 3, and as of today it has not been restored. Comcast says it doesn’t know when the service will be restored. Comcast customers in Cammack Village are unhappy. A woman who called the Times swore that she was switching to dish. She said Comcast told her that service would be restored Thursday, April 17, two weeks after it was lost. But a Comcast employee told the Times that Comcast had not set a time frame for restoring service in Cammack Village. The lines that carry the cable signal are down, he said, and the telephone company and other companies are involved in repairing the necessary lines, not just Comcast.
