The state Supreme Court today refused to breathe new life in the lawsuit over the alleged lack of action by UA officials over e-mails sent during the Nutty days of Mustain-White-etc.

The court also refused to overturn a contempt citation against the lawyer who brought the suit, now moot because of departure of key players.
