A federal judge has ruled in a Missouri case that a state law attempting to ban protests near funerals is an unconstitutional abridgement of free speech. Attorney General Dustin McDaniel is busily defending a similar Arkansas law.
The U.S. Supreme Court has already agreed to hear an appeal of an appellate court ruling overturning a damage award over emotional distress allegedly caused by a funeral protest in Maryland.
