That’s the question on every Republican/Koch-paid lip in Arkansas — why not opt out of the Medicaid expansion?

Easy answer: It will screw tens of thousands of working poor Arkansas people. Gov. Mike Beebe says he’ll consult the legislature, but can’t immediately see foregoing a federally paid program (all federal for three years, never more than 10 percent state match) that covers 250,000 Arkansans.
