Politico reports
on the latest round in the intra-party squabble within the GOP, with groups like Heritage Action and Club for Growth lobbying against the budget deal brokered by House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan with Democratic counterpart Patty Murray

Both the White House and House Speaker John Boehner support the deal. Said Boehner of hard-right groups opposing the plan: “They’re using our members, and they’re using the American people for their own goals, this is ridiculous.”

What about Rep. Tom Cotton? He’s generally been loathe to cross the groups that have given him significant financial backing. If I had to guess, Cotton votes no along with others in the kamikaze caucus, but the deal passes without them.
