The National Fair Housing Alliance says it will announce tomorrow details of eight complaints against apartment project owners and managers, including in Little Rock, for discriminating against prospective tenants who are deaf or hard of hearing. The complaints cover eight cities in five Southern states and Sacramento, Calif.

The alliance does its work under a grant from the federal Housing and Urban Development Department. Details are set to be announced at noon.
