Downtown developers Moses Tucker Real Estate announced plans today for a $1 million renovation of the 1936 Voss Apartment building at the corner of Rock Street and Capitol Avenue. When the project is completed, The Magnolia, as it’ll be called, will have 12 one-bedroom apartments that will rent for between $775 and $900.

The property is across the street from Moses Tucker’s 84-unit MacArthur Commons project.
