Sen. Mark Pryor‘s office sent the statement below on the delay of the Keystone XL pipeline review process. No surprise. 

When it comes to the Keystone XL pipeline, there’s no excuse for another delay. The President needs to approve this project now to ensure our future energy security and create jobs here at home.

As we noted earlier, this is a handy issue for Pryor to separate himself from the president on.
