Somebody better start talking soon about whether the expected $22 million in city contributions to the Tech Park will come to pass given how the sales tax increase on which it is based is falling far short of expectations.

* FOOTBALL AND TAXES: Because a neighbor complained, Razorback football coach Bret Bielema’s house in Wisconsin has been reassessed for tax purposes. The 6,600-square foot home was assessed for taxes at $809,000 though Bielema is trying to sell it for $2.2 million. A neighbor thought Bielema got a sweetheart deal.
