The Little Rock police report that Barry Livingston, 76, has died of injuries suffered from an apparent hit-and-run while he was out running in his neighborhood along Hughes Street early Monday morning. Another runner found him lying in grass near the street. He had a broken leg and other serious injuries consistent with being struck by a vehicle. He died last night. The police have put out an appeal for information, but say they have no “productive leads” at this time.
