KARK’s Greg Yarbrough reports that Andrea Clevenger, once one of the moms who appeared in the TLC “Cheer Perfection” reality show about a cheerleader team, has pleaded guilty to sexual assault and received a 10-year sentence.

Clevenger, 34, of Sherwood, was originally charged in January with rape of a 13-year-old boy. An affidavit prepared for an arrest warrant said she’d had sex with the boy multiple times and sent him explicit images by phone. The boy’s parents discovered the relationship and reported it. Here’s the original affidavit.

And more here from Fox 16.

A 10-year sentence could mean prison release after 2.5 years but Clevenger will have to complete a sex offender treatment program that usually takes about three years to finish. She’d be on parole after release if it came before the end of the sentence.
