Don Bacigalupi,
president of the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, is leaving to become founding president of the Lucas Museum of Narrative Art to be built in Chicago.

Bacigalupi, who was hired by Alice Walton as executive director of the museum in 2009 and planned for the opening of the museum, will remain on the Crystal Bridges Board. He became president in 2013 in a realignment in which Rod Bigelow became executive director.
