As expected, President Obama has vetoed legislation to repeal his signature health legislation, the Affordable Care Act, or Obamacare. The legislation also would have ended money going to Planned Parenthood, which provides health services to tens of thousands of women.

How many more times do you think Sens. Cotton and Boozman and Reps. Hill, Crawford, Womack and Westerman can pass new repeals for veto (knowing all the while they lack the votes to override the veto)?

Back in Arkansas, Gov. Hutchinson is happy in the knowledge that, for now, Asacare’s continuation is assured. Unless a Republican is elected president. Then his Republican colleagues really  can override Obamacare. that will blow a billion-dollar hole in Arkansas’s budget, throw 200,000 Arkansans off health insurance, wreck hospitals around the state, cause deaths from inadequate health care and throw untold numbers of people out of work when the money stops coming in. Won’t Sen. Cotton be happy then?
