What’s becoming clearer in the interview are earlier indications that the foundation will “drastically shrink.” The hope is that some international operations will spin off as independent efforts, with no Clinton involvement, or perhaps be attached to existing operations with similar goals. Bill Clinton will not raise money for those spun-off organizations, significant given what he’s raised for the Foundation to date.
