Matt Mika, the Tyson Foods Washington lobbyist who was wounded when a gunman opened fire on a congressional baseball practice in Virginia June 14, has been discharged from the hospital. Report from 40/29.

Mika was shot multiple times in the chest and arm. He’d been a congressional staff member before going to work for Tyson.

Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.) remains hospitalized in fair condition, but has been transferred out of ICU for what has been described as an “extended period of healing and rehabilitation.”
