UPDATE (4:23 p.m.): The Little Rock Police Department announced that the body of a white female found this morning at 6:20 a.m. near Shackleford Road was a homicide, according to the medical examiner.

The LRPD identified the victim as Tina Moody, 50, of Little Rock.

“The investigation is ongoing,” said a press release from the LRPD.

The road was briefly shut down but has reopened between Stagecoach Road and Colonel Glenn Road, according to LRPD’s Twitter account.
