Andre Jackson, 32, charged with capital murder in shooting of Carlo Marigliano Little Rock Police Department

The Little Rock Police Department announced an arrest in the fatal shooting of Carlo Marigliano, 31, a visitor from Naples, Italy, who was said to be traveling around the U.S. as a tourist and considering a permanent move to the states.

Andre Jackson, 32, has been arrested and charged with capital murder, according to a press release from the LRPD.


Marigliano was shot and fatally wounded while driving in west Little Rock. He crashed into a building on North Shackleford Road.

UPDATE (7:38 p.m.): KARK’s Mitchell McCoy tweeted out the arrest report for Jackson which states that “suspect shot victim during the course of a robbery.” And, Marci Manley released documents indicating a long list of former charges including drug charges, domestic battering, burglary, and possession of a firearm.


LRPD also released a notice that they are looking for another suspect: Charina Fort, 31.
