GOOD TERMS: In Whitefish contract. The Daily Beast

A review of overnight headlines produces more evidence of Donald Trump’s enlargement of the Washington swamp. To name just two:

* SMELLY DEALS: The tiny energy company from Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke’s hometown, the outfit that got a $300 million no-bid contract to restore electrical power in Puerto Rico and began its work with nasty Twitter comments to local officials? It’s smellier than you thought. A copy of the contract with Whitefish has been leaked. Among its provisions: the government “in no event shall … have right to audit or review…cost & profit elements.” No-bid, no-audit. Those are terms any business would like. Democratic representatives want an investigation. Republicans prefer to investigate HIllary.
