Little Rock police have a 12-year-old in custody in an attempted robbery last night of a Burger King  at 5900 Dreher Lane in Southwest Little Rock in which a gun was fired.

About 7:15 p.m. Monday witnesses said, a male demanded money from an employee, who thought he was joking. Then the youth pulled a handgun. Employees ran to the back and the suspect fired at them, then ran out the door. No one was struck by gunfire.
