Here’s an open line for Wednesday. The days between Christmas and New Year’s remain slow from a news point of view, but I found a few things to talk about on the news/comment video.

I forgot to mention on the video my favorite Christmas gift. It would have fit right in a couple of British references on today’s video. It’s an Acme Thunderer,  a British-made whistle you can hear across a soccer pitch in a stadium filled with thousands of lager louts. I look forward to greeting a frequent obscene caller with it.
