U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton said today that he’s running for re-election in 2020. Just remember, state law was changed in 2015 so that Cotton could run for re-election and run for president in 2020 if opportunity knocked.
He’s helping his party in the mid-term, he said. No doubt. His PAC’s rake of corporate money is being used to help Russian-colluding 2nd District Rep. French Hill beat Democratic challenger Clarke Tucker. Cotton predicted continuing GOP majorities in House and Senate, perhaps an expansion in the Senate.
