SEIZED: Money, drugs and paraphernalia. Yell County sheriff

Yell County Sheriff Bill Gilkey
has announced the arrest of Rebecca Ann Vinson, 77, of Dardanelle on suspicion of dealing methamphetamines.

The arrest followed a search of her residence. Chief Deputy John Foster said deputies found 26 grams of meth, 19 grams of prescription narcotics, digital scales, glass smoking devices, $3,600 in cash and baggies believed used to package drugs. Foster said authorities believe she’d been distributing drugs within 1,000 feet of a city park. She’s been released on a $50,000 bond pending court proceedings on several anticipated charges related to possession and distribution of drugs.
