Frank Scott adds name to mayor’s race

There are now officially four candidates for Little Rock mayor with Frank Scott Jr.’s filing on Monday.

Already in the race were Baker Kurrus, Warwick Sabin and Vincent Tolliver.

Filing continues through Friday.
