The U.S. attorney’s office in Little Rock announced today the indictment of 31 people on 53 drug, gun and money laundering charges in a Central Arkansas drug distribution operation supplied from California.

A news release said Eric Baldwin, 29, and Nicholas Robinson Jr., 23, both of Little Rock, led the operation. There are 23 defendants from Central Arkansas.

Wiretaps and undercover drug buys of methamphetamine and oxycodone in 2017 and 2018 built the case. The news release said the organization transferred money by wire, through Walmarts, to buy $250,000 worth of drugs to distribute.
