A driver who reportedly said she was possessed by demons apparently caused a collision with another truck this morning in northern Pulaski County, leaving the driver dead and five others injured.

On 11/5/2018 at around 5:30am Deputies were dispatched to a two vehicle accident on Tates Mill Rd. The collision involved a Union Pacific Utility Truck and a Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the Chevrolet Silverado died on scene.
Information from witnesses in the Chevrolet Silverado advised that the driver had stole the truck in the Memphis area and was driving around aimlessly. During the trip the driver said they were leaving the Memphis area due to being possessed by demons. The driver had also mentioned “taking them on the other side of heaven to meet Jesus”. The driver of the Union Pacific truck advised that when he rounded the curve the vehicle was in his lane and was unable to avoid it. There were five occupants of the Chevrolet Silverado. Two adults and three children. The injured were transported to local hospitals. The driver of the Union Pacific truck was also transported to the hospital. All injuries were not serious.
The Chevrolet Silverado was confirmed stolen from Shelby County, TN. The Chevrolet Silverado was a County owned vehicle. The driver has been Identified as Rosalind Craig (41 yoa) of Tennessee. The investigation is ongoing at this time.
