Attorney General Leslie Rutledge, in concert with other Republican attorneys general, is going back to court again to defend air pollution.

She has joined 11 states to challenge President Biden’s executive order to regulate greenhouse gases. It’s part of the Biden effort to reverse the previous president’s anti-environment agenda.
