Artists chosen for new Arkansas statues in D.C.

Artists have been chosen for statuary to replace those if former Gov. James Clarke and lawyer Uriah Rose in the nation’s hall of statuary in the U.S. Capitol . Behold Daisy Bates and Johnny Cash.

Fund-raising is underway to pay for the replacements, authorized by the legislature
