Elnora Wesley moves vegan 'grandma-style' restaurant to a new home

H.O.M.E. Vegan Restaurant — formerly known as The House of Mental Eatery — is Elnora Wesley’s vegan “grandma-style” soul food restaurant. It's moving from its modest digs in the back of a small building on South Chester Street to a food court at Arkansas Baptist College.
