Billboard reports that negotiations are underway to release Guns N Roses long-gestating album “Chinese Democracy” (14 years in the making; take that Dr. Dre!) exclusively through a big box retailer, either Wal-Mart or Best Buy.

G’n’R is currently managed by Irving Azoff, who’s been an outspoken proponent for these exclusive deals. He released the Eagles “Long Road Out of Eden” through Wal-Mart earlier this year.
