Drinks, good friends, and handmade arts and crafts — what else could sum up the best of the Christmas season? To get us all in the spirit, South on Main will be hosting an event they’re calling Art of the Bar this Sunday, December 15 that will feature arts and crafts from 15 vendors, drink guru David Burnette’s tasty concoctions (including one of my favorites, egg nog), and the music of John Willis.

If you’ve been looking for just that perfect gift with an Arkansas flair, this is going to be a great way to do it — and even if the weather outside is frightful, the tunes and drinks inside are guaranteed to be delightful. The even runs from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m., and is one of the best excuses to get out and do a little Sunday shopping and drinking you’re going to run across this holiday season.
