This very wettest of weeks may have hindered your ability to get outdoors and enjoy a few of the things you love, but that’s just all the more reason to get to your favorite restaurant and snuggle up with some of your favorite eats. So…what was it this week? We’d love to hear about it.
Last week on FFF:
Casper got over to South on Main and has this to say: “Fried oysters at South on Main—words would not do them justice…terrific appetizer addition.” Raven was taking about a meal at Forty-Two: “I had a great tasting chicken caesar wrap from 42 last week. The caesar dressing was legit with a noticable taste of anchovies in the dressing which is what caesar dressing should be all about.” Steve was happy with his burger from HAM and says, “I raced to lunch at Hillcrest Artisan Meats today for burger day, and I was not disappointed. Brandon unveiled his Duck Duck Cow burger, topped with duck confit, a fried duck egg and balsamic reduction. It was heaven on a perfect brioche bun. I know we have some fantastic burgers in Central Arkansas, but HAM tops the list for me.” And EW Swan got a chance to try the new Baja Grill, saying, “ate a blackened shrimp taco (yum) and a Cuban taco (YUM!!!) with rice and beans and escaped for less than $15, before tip. Baja Grill totally rocks, and I’m not afraid to say it, even while others may have experienced slow service at dinner.”
