Two of my favorite food entities in the state, Fayetteville’s Apple Blossom Brewing Company and our own South on Main, are getting together for a beer dinner tomorrow night that is sure to be outstanding. The dinner starts at 6:30 tomorrow night, and will feature food from the SoM gang, beer from ABBC—and as an added bonus, you’ll be able to sample and purchase bread from Apple Blossom’s bakery. Not sure about a bakery in a brewery? Just try the stuff, and you will be (and, shameless plug, pick up the May issue of Arkansas Food and Farm for a feature on ABBC’s baker, Cody Johnson—available in two weeks!).
