“Most duos are built on singing,” TJ Osborne said on the duo’s website. “But John is an incredible guitar player, and this band is built on me singing and John playing guitar. It gives us two parallels that work nicely together.”
Now headlining their own tour – and appearing at 8 p.m. tonight at the Robinson Center Performance Hall in Little Rock – the brothers from Deale, Md., are known for numbers like “Stay a Little Longer,” “Rum,” “It Ain’t My Fault” and “I Don’t Remember Me (Before You).” They also teamed up with Dierks Bentley last year on “Burning Man.”
Some big names – Brooks & Dunn, The Judds, Waylon and Willie – have won the Country Music Association’s Vocal Duo of the Year award, but the past three years it’s belonged to Brothers Osborne.
