More details of proposed Little Rock homeless village on display

Conceptual renderings of the upcoming Little Rock homeless village showed 100 units, a community center, green spaces and areas for pets. City staff estimated the units can be built in six to eight months, and a nonprofit would be responsible for managing the village.

Medicaid rules continue to punish poor and homeless in Arkansas. Lawsuit coming
