Though travel has improved significantly in Central Arkansas since Monday, meteorologists are forecasting freezing rain will coat the roads Thursday morning.
A total of 78 projects are listed for the Little Rock Board of Directors to approve. Projects include crosswalks and sidewalks, drive drainages and road widenings throughout the city's seven wards.
The first allotment for Little Rock bond millage money is set for December, and city officials will likely return to the city's wards with project proposals in January.
City officials will take a tour around the city to listen to the needs for public concerns in a series of seven meetings, the first of which is at the Pankey Community Center, 6 p.m. Thu., September 8.
