Addressing reporters this morning at the state capitol, Gov. Asa Hutchinson addressed a new report of the practices of the state Division of Children and Family Services point by point, saying that he is committed to following the eleven key recommendations of the report, including finding up to $8 million in the budget to help reduce caseloads over three years.
